Exceptional quality of ingredients: when it comes to ingredients, Michel Cluizel really cares. He has even patented the trademark "Nobles Ingredients" (or "noble, noble ingredients"), which in practice means that he uses in his products:
- only pure cocoa butter, without any added vegetable fats,
- natural Bourbon vanilla instead of vanillin,
- no soya lecithin or artificial flavours,
- the company also guarantees that no ingredients have been irradiated or ionised.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, high fat butter, cream, stabilizer (sorbitol syrup), invert sugar, emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin), coffee beans, real Bourbon vanilla. May contain traces of gluten and egg.
