Mamacoffee

The mamacoffee roasted in Prague in 2008 as one of the first roasted coffee roasters and as the first roasted roaster in Central Europe. It was founded by Marta and Daniel Kolský , for which it was the impetus for the establishment of a trip to southern Ethiopia in 2007. The roasted coffee chooses each year from the latest harvest of small farmers . Their offer is therefore seasonal and regularly changing.

It is a key, dignified and fair trade that guarantees fair feed-in prices for raw materials in developing countries . Thanks to this, children of farmers can go to schools, there is no modern slavery, and farmers can develop their farms and focus on better environmental protection.
