The Kafe Francin roastery was founded in 2016 in the part of Prague-Malešice . Roasting took place for a while in an open Holešovice café , but as the roastery thrives and grows, roasting continues in the larger premises of Malšice to this day. The roastery relies on roasting only selected coffee and specialty coffee (clear origin, hand-picked and high grain quality).
